Excellent experience with Andy. Went through lots of options with samples, photos and associated quotes and was very patient while we tried to decide what to go for. Once we’d made our minds up there was a couple of months lead time until he could fit the job in but that was expected. Showed up when booked and got the job done very neatly, zero fuss and with time to spare. Thanks Andy; we LOVE our new balustrade.

His initial visit was extremely professional, he took all measurements, gave us new ideas and showed us samples of various woods and styles which no other person had done.
